Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.lapaella.dk and any catering service you book with La Paella Copenhague I/S ("we", "us"). By submitting a booking request you accept these Terms.

1. Provider

La Paella Copenhague I/S, CVR 45739961, Robert Jacobsens Vej 35, 1. th, 2300 København S, Denmark.

2. Bookings & quotes

Requests sent through the website are non-binding enquiries. A booking is only confirmed once we have replied with a written confirmation (email) including date, location, menu, number of guests and total price. Prices on the website are per person and require a minimum of 20 guests unless otherwise agreed.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK). Unless stated otherwise, a deposit of 30% is due to confirm the booking; the remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event. Payment details are provided in the confirmation email.

4. Cancellation

• More than 30 days before the event: full refund of the deposit.
• 15–30 days before the event: 50% of the deposit is retained.
• Less than 15 days before the event: the deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellation within 48 hours of the event: the full agreed amount is due.

5. Customer obligations

The customer is responsible for providing a safe cooking space, access to water and electricity if required, and any necessary permits for the event location. Final guest count must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.

6. Allergies & food safety

Please inform us in writing of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. We cook in a kitchen that handles gluten, shellfish, fish, eggs and dairy and cannot guarantee a cross-contamination free environment.

7. Liability

We are liable for direct damages caused by our negligence up to the value of the booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, nor for circumstances outside our control (force majeure, including extreme weather, strikes, public authority restrictions).

8. Right of withdrawal

Under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to catering services delivered on a specific date.

9. Intellectual property

All content on www.lapaella.dk (text, images, logo) is owned by La Paella Copenhague I/S and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be settled by the competent Danish courts. Consumers may also lodge a complaint via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
